This could not have happened if the negotiations between their two camps not exploded over that pesky random blood testing issue.

Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather are both betting favorites in their upcoming bouts.

Megamanny is a heavy minus -450 favorite to thwart rugged Ghanaian Joshua Clottey in their “Event” to be held at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington on March 13. Those betting on Clottey will get a return of $400 for a $100 wager. If you like the Pinoy Idol, you lay a heavy price, betting $450 to earn a $100 profit.

Mayweather looms large as a minus -250 pick to beat aging Sugar Shane Mosley in a May 1 Las Vegas bout which may be formally announced Friday.

Mosley’s dance card opened up when Andre Berto withdrew from their Jan. 30 Mandalay Bay bout due to the earthquake caused suffering which has affected his family and so many others in Haiti.

Those who like Sugar Shane have to put $100 to get back $290 and, if you bet the undefeated Money May, you lay down $250 in hopes of a profit of 100 simoleons.
